但是，在变形精钢G1美国版动漫的第59集《回到过去》里，飞行太保穿越重生回900万年以前的塞伯坦星球，在那里碰到了汽车人奥利安派克斯。奥利安派克斯到了威震天的当，差点儿被催毁。太老师傅将奥利安派克斯再次维修组成了新一代的汽车人领导者擎天柱。因而，从时间轴上说，这才算是擎天柱最开始的模样。
